After the competition starts: Once the competition has begun, cancellations are not permitted. Entry fees will not be refunded, as results are determined by actual player performances.

Cancellation by Epic Cricket Play

• Insufficient participants: If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Epic Cricket Play reserves the right to cancel the competition. In such cases, a full refund of the entry fee will be issued.
• Technical issues: Competitions may be canceled due to unforeseen technical problems or disruptions affecting fair play. Affected users will be notified, and refunds will be processed promptly.
• Violation of rules: Competitions canceled due to rule violations will not be eligible for refunds, in line with our Fair Play Policy.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for refunds: Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
  • Cancellation of competitions by Epic Cricket Play.
  • User-initiated cancellation before the competition starts.
  • Payment processing errors or billing discrepancies.
• Refund method: Approved refunds will be credited to your Epic Cricket Play account balance. This balance can be used for future competitions.
• Non-refundable cases: Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
  • Disqualification due to rule violations.
  • Losses based on actual player performances.
  • Requests submitted after the competition has started or concluded.

Withdrawing Account Balance

• Withdrawal request: You may request a withdrawal when your account balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount. Funds will be transferred to the linked payment method.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
• Withdrawal fees: Epic Cricket Play may charge a nominal fee for processing withdrawals, which will be displayed before you confirm the request.
